Ageing Well
Ageing Well Midlothian is a project for the over 50’s offering lots of activities including health walks which are run by volunteers who are trained by Paths for All. Other activities include tai chi, yoga, pilates, aquafit, dancing and keep fit classes.
On completing four weeks of any activity you will be offered free membership with benefits including discounts in local stores, opticians, physiotherapist and treatments.
